The Organization, Management, and Control Model of EDILGEN S.p.A. Società Benefit, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001, is a regulated framework for preventing the administrative liability of legal entities. The model establishes protocols and procedures to ensure that corporate activities are conducted ethically and legally, aiming to prevent crimes such as corruption, fraud, and other offenses. It includes employee training, ongoing monitoring of operations, and a Supervisory Board tasked with overseeing the effectiveness of the model and proposing updates when necessary. This system helps the company mitigate legal risks and promote a corporate culture of integrity and transparency. It specifies who can report, the scope of the reports, and the channels through which they can be made, both internally and externally. It includes measures to protect whistleblowers from retaliation and describes a system of sanctions for those who violate the rules or report in bad faith.

GENDER EQUALITY REPORTS UNI PDR 125-2022

The “Gender Equality Certification System” is an initiative of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), managed by the Department for Equal Opportunities. This system supports businesses in implementing policies aimed at reducing the gender gap, encouraging women’s professional growth.
